Created a map that characterizes broadband availability across the State of Ohio at the census block group level. Built 88 county broadband profiles that show availability at the block level as well as unserved and underserved households and populated square miles for each county.
Worked to implement a fiber-network for constituents in K-12, higher education and governments.
