Tom is also the lead inventor and founder of SEED Protocol, the Secure Exchange of Encrypted Data, and earned five issued US patents for this cyber security and information assurance work.
Tom graduated magna cum laude, from the Ohio State University Honors College, and later received his Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Ohio University.
