Worked to implement a fiber-network for constituents in K-12, higher education and governments. Conducted feasibility and financial analysis to determine economic incentives in rural communities, and helped manage partnerships to being essential broadband to isolated areas to increase participating county's ability to deliver education and promote economic development.

Conducted data analysis and mapping to develop fiber optic networks in metropolitan centers within the client service area. Designed a combined fiber and wireless architecture to provide wireless broadband to residential and small business customers. Secured USDA funding to establish a Community Technology center for the public.

Adena Health System

Through competitive bidding, selected a carrier partner to build a $30 million, 600-mile fiber-optic broadband network connecting more than 120 health care facilities in 13 southern Ohio counties.
