Developed broadband planning maps for Rhode Island, Connect Greater Newport, and Bristol County that identify unserved and underserved census blocks across the state using a unique, RCG-developed mapping methodology. Created a business broadband index that overlays Dun & Bradstreet data with broadband speed ratings and existing middle-mile deployments to characterize business demand for broadband in southern Rhode Island. Delivered presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
