Conducted strategic planning for academic and administrative IT, aligning technology choices with pedagogical directions in health care education.  Assessed existing software tools, creating a comprehensive plan for modernization and integration of the various departments and related tools.  Established multi-year project plan and budget for execution of the strategy.
