Brandon has worked with Reid Consulting Group since he was a graduate student earning his Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Now, 15 years later, Brandon has an impressive portfolio of design and deployment accomplishments for hi-tech puzzles such as carrier-class DWDM, enterprise networks and high availability server clusters. His rare combination of software and hardware expertise leads to robust and well-instrumented solutions.

When we need to analyze and visualize data, Steven is our go-to resource. I’ve worked with him for years, starting while he was earning his Masters in Geography. Porter has produced breakthrough mapping solutions supporting numerous projects. His team expands with additional GIS specialists and experts in data normalization.

I was fortunate to begin working with Terry more than 15 years ago when she moved from D.C. after serving as the Deputy Director for Information Management at the Peace Corps. She deepened her technical expertise doing graduate coursework in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Terry’s deep-thinking, analytical talents produce crucial foundations for extensible and stable solutions, both in software and in networks.

Field Liaison

Kim has been central to many of our projects since joining the team in 2007. She provides relationship management, coordination and writing talents in direct client interaction as well as in satisfying Federal reporting requirements. Kim has worked on projects that have secured funding for the region from the Federal Communications Commission, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the Appalachian Regional Commission, as well as further monies from the USDA.

Nick Poindexter

Nick Poindexter

Engineer

Nick Poindexter brings a dedicated work ethic and myriad programming and network design skills to the RCG team. Nick is fluent in C, C++, Assembly, SQL, HTML, CSS, and ladder logic with PLC’s and can work in Windows, Mac, and Unix environments. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University's Russ College of Engineering and Technology.

Colleen Flayler is a teacher and artist - giving her the creativity and flexibility required to keep up with the fast pace at RCG, where she handles administrative functions and brings a unique perspective to project planning and implementation. Colleen has been a rock in keeping the company on track, providing key client relations and back office support.
